4 Steps to choosing a system for you
Many customers who call us say they are overwhelmed by information about water filters on the internet. Hopefully these 4 steps will help you in some way.
1. What do you wish to reduce from the water?
~ Fluoride, Chlorine, Chemicals, Sediment, Heavy Metals – You need a Reverse Osmosis System
~ Chlorine, Chemicals, Sediment, Heavy metals - You need a Single counter top, Twin or Triple under sink System.
~ Alkalizing / Ionizers / pH Increase – You need either a pH Biocera cartridge add on to the above systems, or an Alphion, Delphi etc.
2. Quality - Made in USA
~ Look for USA made Housings, USA Filters (omnipure, Matrikx, Filmtec) & John Guest / Jaco water connection fittings only. (Cheap Chinese imports the filters block & are not NSF rated, the fittings leak and the housings crack) Be aware some systems have an American flag printed on the unit. They are made in china.
3. Long warranty
~ The best quality water filter system should have a warranty for at least 5 to 10 Years. Any system with a warranty under 3 years, I would not touch!
4. Reasonable price
~ The old saying you pay for what you get. Eg I have one customer who purchased a cheap chinese import RO system for around $300 from another company. He has asked me to replace the filters with USA Matrix & Omnipure brands and do the annual service. Every time I go there I find another leaking fitting, so I just replace the part with John Guest. In the long run I will no doubt replace all the components/ fittings.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
POSTAGE
~ Once a product is paid for online, how long does it take until we recieve it?
Usually between 3-5 working days. Usually closer to 5 days though. I send all my systems via australia post, registered mail. If I am doing the installation i will bring the system to the job.
~ Do you all my products come with postage included?
Majority of water filters systems and Cartridges come with postage included. When looking at the item it will mention if postage is included. Otherwise postage will be added in the checkout, you can see how much this is before you make the purchase.
~ If customers buy more than one product do they recieve a refund on excess postage?
Yes, i reimburse customers with any excess postage payment. Alternatively if a customer would like to purchase multiple items, postage price can be arranged over the phone prior to payment. Payment can be made via EFT/POS over the phone.
~ Are all my products registered post?
Yes, I use either Australia Post for smaller items & Couriers Please for all water filter systems.

~ Do we take credit card payments over the phone?
Yes, We have a mobile EFT/POS facility and can take Master Card, Visa, Credit/Debit, Savings card payments.
~ Do we take direct deposit payments?
Yes, We can arrange for a direct deposit into our bank account. Please contact prior to purchase for Account Details.

~ Does a Single or Twin Undersink system remove Fluoride?
No, You need a reverse osmosis system to remove Fluoride, We have a large range from portable systems which are perfect for people renting or on the move.. to plumbed in undersink models.
~ Does Reverse Osmosis remove all the minerals from the water?
Yes, in the process all chemicals and minerals are removed from the water. With our systems we have an optional Re mineraliser / alkalizer cartridge which puts a balanced set of minerals back into the water.
~ Do we offer a warranty with our products and installation?
Yes, with Premium Systems we offer a 10 Year warranty on the unit. On the Standard systems we offer a 3 Year Warranty.

~ What is the difference between Standard and Premium Products?
Standard Systems come with Taiwanese Housings and USA Filter Cartridges and Components 3 Years Warranty.
Premium Systems come with USA Housings, Filters and Components. 10 Years Warranty.
~ Should customers have a plumber install there water filter unit?
Yes, with any water related product it should be installed by a licenced plumber
