This filter system will give exceptional quality water. Using two carbon cartridges, 1 coal based and 1 coconut husk based the two carbon types will complement each other by targeting treatment strengths in various areas. The first stage is using a 1 micron polyspun cartridge, the second stage is a Matrikx Pb1, followed by a third stage cartridge Matrikx coconut cartridge. The combination of the two carbon filters targets a larger range of chemicals including heavy metals and volatile organic compounds.

This filter system is suited for areas that have boil water warnings as it is bacteria rated. This filter system will give water of exceptional quality and very safe too. Using two carbon cartridges, 1 coal based and 1 coconut husk based the two carbon types complement each other by targeting treatment strengths in various areas. 0.5 micron rating for colour, taste & odour, removes 99.9996% of E-coli, controls Giardia and cryptosporidium cysts. The Doulton Ultracarb also has the advantage of being cleanable. The first stage housing contains 1 micron polyspun cartridge; second stage housing contains Doulton Ultracarb, the third stage housing contains Matrikx coconut carbon cartridge. Rated for 30,000 litres.
